If any of the following acts are committed, it will be considered as an offense related to adultery:-
(a) If leave is not sanctioned,
(b) Absence for more days than the sanctioned leave without sufficient reason,
(c) If, while on leave, a formation, unit or any part thereof, having received notice from the concerned officer of an order for military action, does not join immediately without sufficient reason,
(d) fails to attend the appointed place or parade at the appointed time on account of duty or exercise without sufficient reason,
(e) leaves the line of parade or march without obtaining the permission of his superior officer or without sufficient reason,
(f) If, while in any camp, garrison or other place, he is found to be present in a place prescribed under any general, local or other order or outside or in a prohibited place without obtaining a pass or written permission from his superior officer,
(g) In case of absence from any educational institution assigned for study without approval of leave from the superior officer or without proper reason.
